The Caspar MLD System is utilized during a microsurgical approach to retract the posterior soft tissues during lumbar discectomy procedures. It is designed to reduce the incision size and limit trauma to the surrounding tissue. Non-slip fenestrated retractors securely fit in muscles and a ball snap closure for a secure connection
